describe the feature you'd like to see

Being able to specify 2 timestamps of the video and download what is in between them would be really useful.

For example if a YouTube video is 10 minutes long but the user only want a specific part of it, they would be able to specify they want to download between 2:30 and 4:00.

Not sure if this is possible to do but I thought I'd put it here :)
