  • I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

Developers have issues with running apiserver e2e test with an already existing cluster; instead of making test itself hermetic, one idea is provide a command, which (1) cleans up existing cluster; (2) run test.
For example, make local-e2e-test is a good candicate.
