Simple and stackable Projector

What does this PR do?

This PR simplifies Projector by

• Delete projector functions that assumes additive composition: linf_additive_range, lp_additive_range
• Create a fake_clamp composer function to ensure that composed input does not violate the range after addition.
• Make Projector stackable with functions, just like Composer.
