Adds a table to the Deployment landing page that compares features of the various deployment options.

- You need a single global connection string
- You need to perform global aggregations across all customers
- You need the ability to read/write for all customers from everywhere
in one logical cluster, while also having regional reads/writes

The application is so critical that you must build in HA for the unlikely event that an entire cloud provider goes down.

I don't think we would ever recommend a 6 node cluster - suggest 5 or 7 even if the number of nodes in each cloud is uneven
